Latino Home Loans, the oldest and biggest Hispanic mortgage company in the Tampa Bay area, celebrates 10 years of service, inaugurating its new offices inside the new Latino Financial Center, located in Tampa, Florida.
The new Latino Financial Center offers a wide variety of financial services for the Hispanic community in the Tampa Bay area in 14 thousand square feet of newly design office space with companies such as Latino Home Loans (mortgages), Latino Realty (real estate), Latino Title, (title company), Latino Insurance (insurance), Latino Cash Advance (cashier checks and sending money), Latino Travel (travel agency), Latino New Homes (new homes construction), and the Tampa Bay Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Legal and immigration assistance and tax returns are also services offered within the Center.
Latino Financial Center is situated in the heart of Town and Country, one of the most affluent Hispanic communities in the Tampa Bay area with approximate 80,000 Hispanics. There are about 220 thousand Hispanics living in Hillsborough County where Town and Country is located. Latino Financial Center is part of the Waters Crossings commercial plaza, located at Waters Avenue and the Veterans Expressway. Some of the Latino Financial Center neighbors are Lowes, Target, Hillsborough County Tax Collector office, and Office Depot.
